ACTING
Acting is a fine-tuned craft, acquired after exploration. At Off-BROADWAY we aim to bring out the potential of our students to develop great core acting skills. Being a good actor is vital for ALL performing, and in particular that of the stage and theatre performing. It is the essential principal necessary for centering, character building, role-playing, delivery of spoken word (dialogue) or the sung word (lyrics).
Acting is also incorporated strongly, into Off-BROADWAY vocal tuition as this is the core of excellent live performance singing.
We open heartedly invite and embrace students of all levels from beginners through to experienced. Our aim is to offer guidance and the right course of action for each individual so they can embrace the new and bright future of playing roles in stage productions, film and Musicals.

MUSICAL THEATRE COURSE
Jan is, without doubt, an outstanding and exceptional artist and asset to Mumbai. With her highly successful and internationally recognized ‘triple-threat’ performing career in acting, singing and dance, Jan is now offering her expertise and vast knowledge in stage skills of theatre and Musical Theatre to those passionate and willing enough to learn.
Jan’s dream is to arm and equip children and actors with excellent stage performing skills and techniques of distinction so they can embrace the new and bright future of playing roles in stage productions and Musicals.
PRIVATE TUITION
Jan has been teaching performing arts over 17 years to both kids and adults and people from all walks of life and all ages from 2 year old to 78 years old! She has written thesis on ‘The Art Of Performing’ conducts courses in Musical Theatre, acting, singing and tap dance in Mumbai, writes workshops for children and collaborates on team building events, as well as grooming for auditions and presentation skills..
Jan has successfully hosted and presented outstanding workshops in London in the private schools, for and on behalf of Stagecoach acting school, Northern Star performing arts school, The True School Of Music (Mumbai), Whistling Woods (Mumbai) and she currently teaches Musical Theatre at The Jeff Goldberg Studio in Mumbai.
